Hi, I’m Anastasia — professional bodybuilder, former international master of sports in powerlifting, and an online coach with over 12 years of hands-on experience helping people transform their bodies and their lives.
My journey didn’t start on a stage or under a barbell. As a teenager, I struggled with alcohol, drugs, and food addiction. I fought my way out, lost the weight on my own, and found a new life in strength sports long before I ever stepped into bodybuilding. Powerlifting came first — and I loved it so much that I earned international master of sports status. When I transitioned into bodybuilding, I earned my professional status at my very first show.
After high school, I studied physiology and anatomy in college, then walked straight into my first gym job… and honestly? I never looked back. I’ve been coaching ever since. Over time, as my knowledge and client base grew, I wanted to reach more people and build a coaching style that actually fits real lives. That’s how my online coaching practice was born.
I’ve never been a fan of unnecessary restrictions or fitness myths. The industry is packed with fear-based advice and “10-week miracle” fantasies. I’m here to cut through all of that. You can build a strong, beautiful physique without extremes — but it does require patience, honesty, and making fitness a comfortable, sustainable part of your lifestyle.
That’s why my coaching is fully individualized. Everyone’s schedule, nutrition realities, and life circumstances are different, and my job is to smoothly weave fitness into your world… not force you into someone else’s routine.
For my competitive athletes, I use the most balanced and health-minded approach possible:
No starvation diets. No endless cardio. No reckless PED protocols.
I’m a believer in smart dosing, minimal supplementation, and long athletic careers that don’t destroy your health once the stage lights go dark.
Everything I teach has been tested in the real world — on myself first. My own mistakes, experiments, and wins give my clients a shortcut past the suffering so they can focus on results, confidence, and long-term progress.
