What Happens After Purchase?
Within 24 hours, your coach will personally reach out to begin the onboarding process.
You’ll be asked to complete a detailed Athlete Assessment so your program can be built specifically for you. The assessment typically includes information such as:
Your goals and training history
Age, height, and current weight
Current training program
Available gym equipment
Lifestyle and daily schedule
Previous injuries or medical considerations
Progress photos (kept strictly confidential)
The more complete your assessment, the more personalized and effective your training program will be.
Please allow approximately 15–20 minutes to complete the Athlete Assessment.
